From Chicago

Take I-94 West heading northbound from Chicago to Milwaukee. Once you approach the exit for General Mitchell Airport (south of Downtown), get into one of the right two lanes (the expressway forks ahead). Stay in the right lane on I-94 and proceed toward Downtown.  As you approach Downtown, get into the right lane. Take the I-794 East exit and merge onto I-794 East.

Take the Plankinton Avenue exit.  Stay to the right side and get in the right lane when you come to the stop light at the end of the exit ramp. Proceed through the light and merge onto St. Paul Avenue. The second set of lights ahead of you is Milwaukee Avenue. Turn right on Milwaukee.  We are in the Phoenix Building, which is on the west side of the street, 1-1/2 blocks down, across from the parking structure.

 

From Milwaukee Airport

Take I-43 North/ I-94 West out of General Mitchell Airport and get into one of the right two lanes (expressway forks ahead). Stay in the right lane on I-94 and proceed toward Downtown. As you approach Downtown, get into the right lane. Take I-794 East exit and merge onto I-794 East.

From Madison

Take I-94 East to 794-East. Get in the right lane and take the Plankinton Avenue exit. Stay to the right side and get in the right lane when you come to the stop light at the end of the exit ramp. Proceed through the light and merge onto St. Paul Avenue. The second set of lights ahead of you is Milwaukee Avenue.  Turn right on Milwaukee. We are in the Phoenix Building, which is on the west side of the street, 1-1/2 blocks down, across from the parking structure.
