Careers: INVESTMENT BANKING ASSOCIATE
Grace Matthews, Inc. is seeking a graduating or recently graduated MBA for an Investment Banking Associate position.
The successful candidate will have immediate, significant responsibilities within Grace Matthews' transaction teams, and will play an important role in all aspects of client engagements. Responsibilities include researching and writing initial client pitches, financial modeling and analysis, drafting offering memoranda and related documents, and managing due diligence activities. He or she also will have the opportunity to participate in new business development alongside more senior Grace Matthews bankers. Meaningful client interaction is expected and encouraged.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• MBA from a leading business school and a personal record of strong
academic achievement• Undergraduate degree in engineering, the physical sciences, business,
or another area with a strong quantitative component• Solid writing, analytical, and quantitative skills
• High "Social IQ" - exceptional interpersonal relationship skills
• Unparalleled work ethic and the ability to work under pressure
• Two or more years of work experience prior to business school will be preferred
Compensation consists of a competitive base salary, sign-on bonus and an annual bonus determined by firm and individual performance.
