With headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio and facilities in North America, Europe, South America, and Asia, ColorMatrix is the world’s largest supplier of liquid color and additive concentrates used in the manufacture of thermoplastic products.

The shareholders of ColorMatrix engaged Grace Matthews to market the company for sale to selected strategic buyers as well as high-quality private equity firms.  Grace Matthews advised the shareholders throughout the sale process, ran a targeted auction, and ultimately structured and negotiated a recapitalization of ColorMatrix with Audax Group, a leading global private equity investor.
