Bostik Findley, Inc., a world leader in adhesives and sealants, engaged Grace Matthews to manage the sale of its non-core foam latex adhesives business. Confidentiality and speed were critical to Bostik Findley, due to the highly competitive nature of the business.

Grace Matthews focused on a small group of strategic buyers and generated multiple offers for the business in a short period of time.  Ultimately, ACT Technologies of Dalton, Georgia prevailed, successfully acquiring and integrating Bostik Findley’s foam latex operations, employees, and customers into their organization.
