Xpress Cash - Greenfield Commercial Credit

Xpress Cash Management, LLC provides payday loans through more than 60 locations in Wisconsin, Michigan, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona and Utah.  The company engaged Grace Matthews to assist it in arranging bank financing to support its rapid growth.

The company’s goals were to negotiate a corporate finance deal that did not involve personal guarantees and also to find a banking partner that would understand the dynamics of the payday loan business.  Grace Matthews ran an expedited competitive process for Xpress Cash and ultimately negotiated a credit line backed by accounts receivable with Greenfield Commercial Credit.
