Xpress Cash - Express Investors

Xpress Cash Management, LLC provides payday loans through its locations in Wisconsin, Michigan, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona and Utah.  The company engaged Grace Matthews to assist it in arranging equity financing to support its rapid expansion into new markets. 

Grace Matthews prepared an offering memorandum, identified a number of potential investors, managed the due diligence process, worked with management to prepare them for presentations to investors, and ultimately negotiated an attractive valuation and terms with investment group Express Investors.  Since the equity infusion, Xpress Cash has continued to expand aggressively and has increased its retail presence from 40 locations at the time of the transaction to 65 locations currently.
