With 65 current locations, Xpress Cash has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2000, and has engaged Grace Matthews on several occasions to assist the company in raising private equity and debt capital to finance its growth. 

As part of an ongoing restructuring and recapitalization program, the company recently turned to Grace Matthews for help in raising new debt financing. Drawing upon its wide range of contacts in the capital markets, Grace Matthews structured the placement of mezzanine debt with Stonehenge Partners, a provider of private equity and subordinated debt capital based in Columbus, Ohio.
