Safway Services - Sunbelt Rentals

As part of its ongoing growth strategy, Safway Services, Inc. (a division of ThyssenKrupp AG) relies on Grace Matthews to assist with its acquisition program.  Grace Matthews advised Safway on the acquisition of the scaffold assets and related operations of twelve Sunbelt Rentals scaffold service locations in California, Oregon, Washington, and Texas.  The acquisition served to enhance operations for Safway Services by broadening its geographical presence. 

Working closely with the Safway Services management team, Grace Matthews provides a high level of ongoing merger and acquisition support to the company.
