Duško Marinović - Associate

Duško Marinović specializes in buy- and sell-side transactions and leveraged transactions including buyouts and recapitalizations. Prior to joining Grace Matthews in 2007, Duško was a Vice President in the Milwaukee’s commercial lending office of LaSalle Bank (formerly, a part of ABN AMRO N.V.).  At LaSalle, Duško was in charge of credit portfolio management on a broad range of transactions ranging from middle-market companies to large multinational corporations servicing diverse industry sectors.  Duško’s primary responsibilities at LaSalle were underwriting and structuring sole-lending relationships, participating in multi-bank syndications, credit analysis and approvals, and the overall portfolio management duties.

 

Duško completed an M.B.A. degree, with Distinction, with an emphasis in Strategic Management, from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in Chicago, a formal Credit Training Program from ABN AMRO Bank in Chicago and a B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Wisconsin ­in Milwaukee.  For his academic work, Duško was recognized as a Beta Gamma Sigma Scholar and received a scholarship grant from the Open Society Institute (funded by the George Soros Foundation in New York).
