Grace Matthews, Inc. Promotes Andrew Hinz,
Kevin Yttre & Andrea Wolf

MILWAUKEE (January 21, 2010) – Grace Matthews, Inc., a Milwaukee-based investment bank, announced today that Andrew Hinz and Kevin Yttre have been promoted to Vice President and the promotion of Andrea Wolf to Associate.

Andrew Hinz specializes in buy- and sell-side transactions and leveraged finance. Since he joined Grace Matthews in 2007, Andy has worked on transactions within the financial services, basic materials, printing, and industrial equipment and services markets. Previously, Andy was an Equity Research Analyst with Robert W. Baird & Co. in Milwaukee.

Andy holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and received a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with an emphasis in accounting and finance. While at UW-Eau Claire, Andy received the 2003-2004 College of Business Outstanding Student Award and was the Student Director of the Investment Management Program.

Kevin Yttre advises corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged transaction engagements. A chemical engineer, Kevin previously held a number of engineering and management positions with Imperial Chemical Industries’ (ICI) Uniqema specialty chemicals business in the U.S. and The Netherlands before earning an M.B.A. at Harvard Business School.

In addition to his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, Kevin holds a B.S. degree, with Highest Distinction, in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. At the University of Wisconsin, Kevin was awarded the Kurt F. Wendt Memorial Scholarship for outstanding performance as an engineering student and the Kowalke-Harr Teamwork Award, and was also named a Dalhke Scholar and Colbeck Scholar.

Andrea Wolf joined Grace Matthews in 2005, and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and corporate finance projects. Andrea has experience in a broad range of industries, including chemicals, food ingredients, and general manufacturing.

Andrea holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance and a M.A. in Economics, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
